Let’s talk about three important topics getting a lot of attention – the new requirements for employers regarding infectious airborne pathogens and employer obligations regarding the COBRA subsidy provided in the American Rescue Plan signed by President Biden, and Governor Cuomo’s recent announcements regarding reopening.
